AirtimeFlip’s electricity bill payment service is a fast and secure way for homeowners, tenants, landlords, businesses, and property managers to recharge their prepaid meters or settle postpaid bills instantly, without visiting a physical office.

If you have run out of electricity tokens/units, follow the instructions below to recharge your meters using AirtimeFlip:
Step 1: Get Started
Access your AirtimeFlip dashboard by signing up or logging into your existing account through our website or mobile app (Android and iOS).

Step 2: Verify Account
Go to your AirtimeFlip profile dashboard and complete the required verification steps. You may need to provide details such as your NIN or BVN, depending on your KYC level.

Learn more about account types and KYC levels here.
Note: Skip this step if you already have a verified account on AirtimeFlip.
Step 3: Fund AirtimeFlip Wallet
From within your AirtimeFlip dashboard, proceed to fund the wallet with the amount of money you want to recharge on your meter using a bank transfer or card (debit or credit). There is a 1% charge on wallet funding.
Let’s assume you want to purchase power tokens worth ₦10,000. Adding an extra ₦100 will cover the fee and ensure your payment goes through without any hitches.
Note: Your AirtimeFlip account must be verified using your NIN (National Identification Number) to continue.

Step 4: Choose Electricity Bill Category
Go to Services, then select ‘Bill Payment’. Then choose the ‘Power Bill’ category type.

Step 5: Enter Details
Under the ‘Power Bill’ section, select your ‘Power Provider’ and fill in your electricity meter number in the ‘Meter Number’ tab.
