Sochitel specializes in reselling prepaid eSIMs, providing customers with a seamless method to purchase and manage their eSIMs through our API connection.

2.2 Airtimeflip engagements

2.2.1 Sochitel commits to providing quality service to you. While we strive for uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the service will be free from faults, interruptions, or errors.

2.2.2 In addition to 2.2.1 above, the Services herein stated are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not warrant or guarantee a fault-free Service and give no warranties or guarantees as to network coverage, quality, or availability. We shall take all reasonable steps to make the Service available to you, subject to our and/or our service provider’s ability to maintain network capacity and connection availability.

2.3 customer Engagements

You must not use the Services in a way that is illegal, fraudulent, harmful to Sochitel’s network or against any of the Terms contained herein. Any breach of these obligations may result in suspension of service, during which all applicable fees remain due.

2.4 Device Compatibility

2.4.1 You are responsible for ensuring your device is eSIM compatible and unlocked. Compatibility may vary based on carrier and device origin. It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify device compatibility during the purchase process.

2.4.2 You can reference eSIM Compatible Devices. It should be noted that the compilation of eSIM-compatible devices may not immediately reflect the inclusion of devices newly capable of eSIM functionality.

2.5 Contact Terms

2.5.1 Terms Initiation

The Terms herein between Sochitel and the Client become effective immediately upon the completion of the eSIM purchase via Sochitel’s platform. These Terms stipulate that the Client undertakes the responsibility to facilitate and ensure the successful activation of the eSIM by their end users, adhering strictly to the activation policies provided by Sochitel.

2.5.2 Client Responsibilities

The Client is tasked with the responsibility of supporting their end users through the eSIM activation process. The Client must provide adequate guidance and assistance to ensure that end users can successfully activate and utilize the eSIM services. This may include but is not limited to, providing step-by-step activation instructions, troubleshooting common issues, and offering direct support channels for queries and assistance.

2.5.3 Continuous Support

Throughout the duration of these Terms, Sochitel will provide ongoing support and resources to the Client to aid in the management of eSIM services. This includes access to Sochitel’s customer support, technical assistance, and updates on eSIM compatibility and features. The Client is encouraged to leverage these resources to enhance the service experience for their end users.

2.5.4 Service upgrade

The Client agrees that Sochitel may from time to time be required to upgrade, modify or maintain the Service (including changes to these Terms). On such occasions the Service may be temporarily unavailable, however, we will endeavour to keep such disruption to a minimum and may whenever possible notify you in advance.

3 Charges and Payment

All charges are inclusive of VAT, unless specified otherwise. Customers cannot offset their claims against Sochitel’s claims unless undisputed or confirmed by a final court judgment.

4 Service usage

4.1 The successfully purchased service should be activated before the expiry time which is one year from the purchase; otherwise, this service will be invalid and non-refundable. Data consumption starts upon activating data roaming at your destination.

4.2 While roaming, you may be subject to additional laws and regulations about how you use the Service. If you don’t follow those laws or regulations, we won’t be held responsible. Furthermore, you may pay more in the country where you are roaming if you use the Service, which could reduce your data bundle more quickly.

4.3 The Service’s roaming capabilities are subject to the service provider’s terms and conditions during your stays in any location outside of the applicable territory. Users who travel on a semi-permanent or permanent basis are not supposed to use it. We reserve the right to instantly suspend your service if you use the Service in any territory for longer than as may be mandated from time to time by the service provider.

4.4 Sochitel cannot block or cancel lost or stolen eSIMs and is not liable for their usage.

5 Liability and Warranty

Sochitel disclaims liability for service interruptions and does not guarantee uninterrupted network service availability.

6 Agency and assignment

You agree that you have entered into these Terms for your own benefit and not for the benefit of another person and that you may not subcontract or assign any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement. Sochitel reserves the right to assign rights and duties contained in these Terms to a third party.

7 Indemnity

We, and our officers, directors, employees, and agents shall be held harmless by you from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, that arise from or are related to (i) your use of the Services; (ii) your content; or, (iii) your violation of these Terms.

8 Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any claim or dispute arises from, out of or in connection with these Terms, you agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over all such claims or disputes, without prejudice to your rights under applicable legislation.
