To fund your wallet, sign in to your AirtimeFlip account, click the ‘Fund Wallet’ button and credit your account with a card or bank transfer with the exact amount (plus the 1% funding fee), depending on the service you want to pay for.

7. I funded my wallet, but it hasn’t reflected. What should I do?
Wait a few minutes because most transactions on AirtimeFlip are instant. If it delays, please check your bank debit or contact our support team with proof of payment.
8. I funded my wallet and initiated a withdrawal, but the transaction is still pending. What should I do?
Airtimeflip is not a bank and does not support funding wallets for the purpose of withdrawals. If you fund your wallet and immediately initiate a withdrawal, the transaction may be flagged in line with our Terms & Conditions.
To process a reversal, the depositor’s bank must send us an official email request on the depositor’s behalf, stating that the funds were sent in error and requesting a reversal. Once we receive this correspondence, we will proceed with the reversal accordingly.
9. Is there a charge on wallet funding?
Yes, we do have a 1% charge on your AirtimeFlip wallet funding. We aim to keep our fees as low as possible while ensuring your transactions stay fast and secure.
10. My money was debited, but the transaction failed.
Don’t worry, failed transactions are usually automatically reversed within a short time. If not, contact support.
11. Why is my transaction pending?
Your transactions may be pending due to network delays, provider processing time or additional verification checks. Pending transactions are typically resolved shortly.
12. How long does it take to process a transaction?
Most of the transactions on our platform are instant. However, some may take a few minutes depending on the type of service.

To get your money out:
