Step 1: Get Started
To start using our bulk airtime service, you first have to access your dashboard on AirtimeFlip. Log in or create an account if you’re a new user via the web version of our platform by visiting AirtimeFlip Web on your mobile or PC browser. Existing users with a verified account should skip to Step 3.
Step 2: Complete Account Verification
All newly created accounts need to complete verification. On your AirtimeFlip account dashboard, you’ll see a “Verify Identity” to-do list that needs completion. Click on it and verify your account using your NIN.
Note that verifying with your NIN upgrades your account to KYC Level 2, which enables you to fund your wallet (explained in the next step) and complete the bulk airtime recharge.
Step 3: Fund Your Wallet
On the Dashboard, click the ‘Fund Wallet’ button and credit your account with the exact amount of bulk airtime you want to buy. Both card and bank transfer options work seamlessly.
Just a quick reminder to add a little extra for the 1% funding fee, so you have exactly what you need. For example, if you want to buy ₦20,000 worth of airtime, adding an extra ₦200 will cover the fee and ensure the full recharge goes through without facing issues.

Step 4: Select Service Type
Navigate to ‘Services’ and select ‘Bulk Airtime Top-up’.
Step 5: Enter Network Details
Choose the ‘Network Provider’ and select your preferred Nigerian networks (Glo, MTN, Airtel, and T2mobile). Under ‘Phone Number’, enter the list of beneficiaries’ phone numbers you want to recharge.
This list can be provided manually, or you can upload .txt or .docx files for bulk processing if you have more than 50 numbers.
Note: Each number should be separated with a comma (,) to avoid joining two or more numbers together.
Based on the amount you entered when funding your AirtimeFlip wallet. Enter the amount you want to recharge across the numbers you provided. Example: ₦20,000 will be shared as ₦1000 across 20 numbers.
Step 6: Confirm Bulk Airtime Purchase
Click the ‘Purchase’ button and provide your AirtimeFlip 4-digit transaction PIN. You’ll have to wait for some minutes while the bulk airtime gets processed across each number you provided.
